Luggage can be stored after checking out for you up to 2hrs free of charge.

LOST BELONGINGS
If you leave anything behind, we can post this back to you at the standard charge or keep the item at the hotel for collection (up to 2 months), we do not take any responsibility for any lost/damaged or stolen property.

RECEPTION
Should you require any assistance you can call down to reception on 0 at any time, we are staffed 24 hours per day for security and internal and external CCTV in operation.

CREDIT/CHARGE CARDS
The hotel accepts all major cards including AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, and Guests are required to settle accounts on departure. Please note! we will be taking pre-authorisation on arrival this is a 2 part security process, as the first part is a holding facility as a bond whilst staying with is us allowing your room account to be open, physical card required and allowing you to charge extra to your room. the 2nd part is the completion where the funds are released to our account (payment). please note! that this may appear like a duplicate payment but the money is only taken once as it the same transaction and same funds transferred.
