Should you require any assistance you can call down to reception on 0 at any time, we are staffed 24 hours per day for security and internal and external CCTV in operation.
The hotel accepts all major cards including AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, and Guests are required to settle accounts on departure. Please note! we will be taking pre-authorisation on arrival this is a 2 part security process, as the first part is a holding facility as a bond whilst staying with is us allowing your room account to be open, physical card required and allowing you to charge extra to your room. the 2nd part is the completion where the funds are released to our account (payment). please note! that this may appear like a duplicate payment but the money is only taken once as it the same transaction and same funds transferred.

We operate a strict non-smoking policy throughout the hotel. The Minimum fine is £200.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided for your convenience. Should you require more of anything please contact reception including decaffeinated tea.
The hotel cannot accept responsibility for guests’ property or vehicles. Please ensure that your bedroom door is closed and locked when you leave the room. Please do not forget your room key, the replacement key for lost keys is charged at £5 per key, please note CCTV is in operation in and around the property. Staff retain the right to ask you if you are staying at the property and provide proof of this – such as name or booking ref.– the hotel reserve the right to access your room should we have cause to believe that - Disturbances/disruption/Anti-social behavior is happing in any part of the property which may result in you being asked to leave or emergency services being contacted.

A fire notice is placed behind your room door. Fire drill will take place weekly, about which guests will be warned. If you are in any doubt about safety procedures please ask at reception or speak to the Duty Manager.
